We do not own, operate, or control any airline and do not issue airline tickets directly. All flight tickets, fares, rules, and refund decisions are governed by the respective airline’s policies.

2. Service & Consultation Fees

Airline Ticket Desk may charge a service or consultation fee for assistance provided by our travel agents. This fee is separate from the airfare charged by the airline.

Service fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the airline ticket is later canceled, changed, or refunded by the airline.

3. Flight Cancellations

Flight cancellations are strictly subject to the fare rules, conditions, and timelines set by the respective airline. Airline Ticket Desk does not control or guarantee airline cancellation approvals or refund eligibility.

Any airline-imposed penalties, cancellation charges, fare differences, or deductions are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved by the airline, it will be processed according to the airline’s refund policy, original form of payment, and processing timelines. Airline Ticket Desk does not control refund speed or method.

Airline-issued refunds do not include any service or consultation fees charged by Airline Ticket Desk.

5. No-Show & Missed Flights

No-shows, missed flights, or failure to travel as scheduled are governed by the airline’s fare rules. Airline Ticket Desk is not responsible for refunds in such cases unless permitted by the airline.

6. Non-Affiliation Disclosure
Airline Ticket Desk is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with any airline or aviation authority. All airline names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only. Customers may book directly through official airline websites if they choose.

Airline Ticket Desk reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any revised policy.
